Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Villa Madonna Vikings (Covington, KY) and the visiting Williamstown Demons (Williamstown, KY), saw Villa Madonna's volleyball team top Williamstown by a tally of 2-0.
The Vikings (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Grant County (Dry Ridge, KY). The Braves enter the non-league contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Grant County beat Dayton (Dayton, KY), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Demons meet the Trimble County Raiders (Bedford, KY) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 24. Williamstown will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record. The Raiders enter the contest with a 8-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Henry County (New Castle, KY).
