    In Friday's league match, the visiting Moapa Valley Pirates football squad scored a good 35-7 victory over the Rancho Rams.

    In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Valley Vikings (Las Vegas, NV) in a 3A Southern - Desert match, on Friday, October 1. Moapa Valley will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Vikings enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 27-12 league win over Western (Las Vegas, NV).

    The Rams (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Virgin Valley (Mesquite, NV). The Bulldogs enter the 3A Southern - Desert match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Virgin Valley dropped by Sports Leadership & Management (Henderson, NV), 21-14, in a non-league match.
