The Ottawa Cyclones football team (Ottawa, KS), was ripped 55-20 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Paola Panthers (Paola, KS)
The Panthers (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Wamego (Wamego, KS). The Red Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Wamego trounced Washington (Kansas City, KS), 45-6, in a non-league challenge.
The Cyclones now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bonner Springs for a Frontier challenge on Friday, October 1. Ottawa will meet a Braves team coming off a 54-6 league loss to Spring Hill (Spring Hill, KS). The Braves record now stands at 1-3.
