The Stevens Raiders football squad scored 38 points and restricted the visiting Sturgis Brown Scoopers to 21 in the Raiders non-league victory on Friday.
The Raiders now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harrisburg for a Eastern South Dakota - AAA battle on Friday, October 1. Stevens will face a Tigers squad coming off a 38-34 league win over Roosevelt (Sioux Falls, SD). The Tigers record now stands at 5-0.
Coming up next, the Scoopers face the Belle Fourche Broncs (Belle Fourche, SD) in a Black Hills - Mount Rushmore battle, on Friday, October 1.
