In Saturday's league game, the Buchtel Griffins (Akron, OH) football team knocked off the visiting Ellet Orangemen (Akron, OH), by a score of 27-6.

The Griffins (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Garfield Community Learning Center (Akron, OH). The Golden Rams come into the Akron City game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Garfield Community Learning Center toppled Firestone (Akron, OH), 20-14, in a league game.
