The Corydon Central Panthers smashed the visiting Southwestern Rebels soccer squad by a margin of 8-0 in Saturday's non-league match.
The Panthers now sport a 10-3 record. They play next when they host Silver Creek for a Mid-Southern match on Tuesday, September 27. Corydon Central will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 6-0 league win over North Harrison (Ramsey, IN). The Dragons record now stands at 12-2.
With the loss, Southwestern drops to 1-8 on the season. The Rebels host Trinity Lutheran (Seymour, IN) to encounter the Cougars in a non-league match on Monday, September 26. The Cougars come into the match with a record of 7-6. Trinity Lutheran won 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Jennings County (North Vernon, IN)
