In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Albuquerque Bulldogs volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Albuquerque Academy Chargers.
The Bulldogs (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM). The Rams come into the non-league battle with a 11-0 record. In their last battle, Rio Rancho nudged Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Chargers clash with the St. Pius X Sartans (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 27. Albuquerque Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Sartans come into the battle with a 6-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Valley (Albuquerque, NM).
