In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Wausau West Warriors soccer squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Eau Claire North Huskies.
The Warriors (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Stevens Point (Stevens Point, WI). The Panthers come into the Wisconsin Valley battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Stevens Point was nudged by Neenah (Neenah, WI), 4-1, in a non-league battle.
The Huskies (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Rice Lake (Rice Lake, WI). The Warriors come into the Big Rivers battle with a 1-3 record.
