The Los Alamos Hilltoppers smashed the host Roswell Coyotes soccer squad by a margin of 5-1 in Saturday's non-league match.
The Hilltoppers now sport a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Albuquerque Academy for a non-league match on Saturday, October 1.
With the loss, Roswell drops to 1-12 on the season. The Coyotes travel to Hobbs (Hobbs, NM) to encounter the Eagles in a 5A District 4 match on Tuesday, September 27. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 10-3. Hobbs lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM)
