Windsor Wizards (Windsor, CO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Longmont Trojans (Longmont, CO), 17-0 in a league challenge.

The Wizards now own a 16-3 record. They take the field next when they host Holy Family for a 4A NCAA challenge on Tuesday, September 27. Windsor will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Chatfield (Littleton, CO). The Tigers record now stands at 15-4.

With the loss, Longmont falls to 6-12 on the campaign. The Trojans host Fort Lupton (Fort Lupton, CO) to battle the Bluedevils in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 26. The Bluedevils enter the challenge with a record of 13-6. Fort Lupton won 35-0 in their recent league challenge against Middle Park (Granby, CO)
