The Animo De La Hoya Boxers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Harbor Teacher Monarchs to 0 in the Boxers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Boxers now have a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alliance Ted K. Tajima for a non-league game on Saturday, September 24. Animo De La Hoya will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Garden Grove (Garden Grove, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-4.

The Monarchs (2-7) will now prepare for their game against East Valley (North Hollywood, CA). The Falcons enter the non-league game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, East Valley dropped by Sherman Oaks CES (Reseda, CA), 3-1, in a league game.
