The Central A & M Raiders volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Arcola Purple Riders to 0 in the Raiders non-league victory on Saturday.

The Raiders now have a 8-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Neoga for a non-league game on Monday, September 26. Central A & M will meet a Indians team coming off a 2-0 league win over St. Elmo/Brownstown (St. Elmo, IL). The Indians record now stands at 5-11.

The Purple Riders (3-13) will now prepare for their game against Cumberland (Toledo, IL). The Pirates enter the Lincoln Prairie game with a 12-9 record. In their last game, Cumberland gained a win over Dieterich (Dieterich, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
