Virginia High School Volleyball - Central Wise nudged by Tennessee

The Central Wise Warriors volleyball team (Norton, VA), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Tennessee Vikings (Bristol, TN)
The Vikings (24-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Rhea County (Evensville, TN). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 9-13 record. In their last challenge, Rhea County nipped McMinn County (Athens, TN), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors meet the John Battle Trojans (Bristol, VA) in a Mountain 7 challenge, on Tuesday, September 27. Central Wise will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 12-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Lebanon (Lebanon, VA).
