The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings (Flossmoor, IL) and the host Crete-Monee Warriors (Crete, IL), saw Homewood-Flossmoor's volleyball squad beat Crete-Monee by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Homewood-Flossmoor upgrades its record to 8-9 on the year. The Vikings travel to Timothy Christian (Elmhurst, IL) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 24. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 17-2. Timothy Christian won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Ridgewood (Norridge, IL)

The Warriors now own a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Wilmington for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 24. Crete-Monee will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Peotone (Peotone, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-6.
