The Watsonville Wildcatz volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Del Mar Dons to 1 in the Wildcatz non-league victory on Saturday.
The Wildcatz now have a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mountain View for a non-league game on Saturday, September 24. Watsonville will meet a Spartans team coming off a 3-2 league win over Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 7-4.
The Dons (3-13) will now prepare for their game against Westmont (Campbell, CA). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Westmont was nudged by Prospect (Saratoga, CA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
