Ohio High School Volleyball - Wellsville over Edison

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Wellsville Tigers (Wellsville, OH) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Edison Wildcats (Richmond, OH), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Tigers face the Leetonia Bears (Leetonia, OH) in a Eastern Ohio Athletic contest, on Tuesday, September 27. Wellsville will attempt to better on its 13-1 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 2-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Southern (Salineville, OH).

With the loss, Edison moves to 6-8 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Indian Creek (Wintersville, OH) to face the Redskins in a non-league contest on Monday, September 26. The Redskins go into the contest with a record of 3-9. Indian Creek lost 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against East Liverpool (East Liverpool, OH)
