New York High School Volleyball - Maria Regina tips Francis Lewis

September 24, 2022: Hartsdale, NY 10530

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Maria Regina Tigers (Hartsdale, NY) and the visiting Francis Lewis Patriots (Fresh Meadows, NY), saw Maria Regina's volleyball squad nip Francis Lewis by a tally of 1-0.

With the win, Maria Regina upgrades its record to 6-2 on the year. The Tigers host Ursuline (New Rochelle, NY) to play the Koalas in a non-league bout on Monday, September 26. The Koalas go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Ursuline won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Ossining (Ossining, NY)

The Patriots now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Bowne for a PSAL Queens - A East bout on Thursday, September 29.
