South Dakota High School Volleyball - Freeman can't hold off Sioux Valley

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Sioux Valley Cossacks volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Freeman Flyers.
The Cossacks (12-5) will now prepare for their battle against Arlington (Arlington, SD). The Cardinals come into the non-league battle with a 11-6 record. In their last battle, Arlington nudged St. Mary (Dell Rapids, SD), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Flyers encounter the Gayville-Volin Raiders (Gayville, SD) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 24. Freeman will attempt to move on its 13-6 season record. The Raiders come into the battle with a 7-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Alcester-Hudson (Alcester, SD).
