The Glendale Nitros volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Mendez Jaguars to 0 in the Nitros non-league victory on Saturday.

The Nitros now have a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Legacy for a non-league game on Saturday, September 24. Glendale will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 league win over South Gate (South Gate, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 10-2.

The Jaguars (9-2) will now prepare for their game against Bernstein (Hollywood, CA). The Dragons enter the Central game with a 1-7 record. In their last game, Bernstein dropped by Contreras (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
