The Head-Royce Jayhawks topped the visiting Piedmont Highlanders volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Jayhawks now have a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Berkeley for a non-league test on Saturday, September 24. Head-Royce will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 8-5.

The Highlanders (4-9) will now prepare for their test against El Cerrito (El Cerrito, CA). The Gauchos enter the non-league test with a 8-8 record. In their last test, El Cerrito gained a win over Bethel (Vallejo, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
