With the win, Kaneland upgrades its record to 16-4 on the year. The Knights travel to Sycamore (Sycamore, IL) to play the Spartans in a Interstate Eight outing on Tuesday, September 27. The Spartans go into the outing with a record of 8-12. Sycamore lost 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Dixon (Dixon, IL)

The Bengals now own a 2-17 record. They play next when they travel to West Aurora for a Southwest Prairie outing on Thursday, September 29. Plainfield East will play a Blackhawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Wheaton-Warrenville South (Wheaton, IL). The Blackhawks record now stands at 4-14.
