Wisconsin High School Volleyball - Marinette edged by Oconto

The Oconto Blue Devils held off the host Marinette Marines volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Blue Devils now have a 5-21 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sheboygan Falls for a non-league test on Saturday, September 24. Oconto will confront a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 league win over Brillion (Brillion, WI). The Falcons record now stands at 10-12.

The Marines (2-14) will now prepare for their test against Oconto Falls (Oconto Falls, WI). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 15-11 record. In their last test, Oconto Falls held off Marinette (Marinette, WI), 3-1, in a league test.
