The Maroa-Forsyth Trojans volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Tolono Unity Rockets to 0 in the Trojans non-league victory on Saturday.

The Trojans now have a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Athens for a Tomahawk game on Tuesday, September 27. Maroa-Forsyth will meet a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Pleasant Plains (Pleasant Plains, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 12-9.

The Rockets (7-10) will now prepare for their game against Mendota (Mendota, IL). The Trojans enter the non-league game with a 3-10 record. In their last game, Mendota dropped by Kewanee (Kewanee, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
