The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Nemaha Central Thunder (Seneca, KS) and the host Pleasant Ridge Rams (Easton, KS), saw Nemaha Central's volleyball squad beat Pleasant Ridge by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Nemaha Central upgrades its record to 25-1 on the year. The Thunder travel to Wamego (Wamego, KS) to play the Red Raiders in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 24. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Wamego won 2-1 in their recent league bout against Chapman (Chapman, KS)

The Rams now own a 15-8 record. They play next when they host Riley County for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 24. Pleasant Ridge will play a Falcons squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Silver Lake (Silver Lake, KS). The Falcons record now stands at 5-15.
