In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Pacific Grove Breakers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Pajaro Valley Grizzlies.
The Breakers (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 13-5 record. In their last battle, Ann Sobrato achieved victory over Hill (San Jose, CA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Grizzlies encounter the Seaside Spartans (Seaside, CA) in a Pacific Coast - Mission battle, on Monday, October 3. Pajaro Valley will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Spartans come into the battle with a 0-5 record after their 3-2 league loss to Pacific Collegiate (Santa Cruz, CA).
