The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the St. Helena Saints (St. Helena, CA) and the visiting Sonoma Academy Coyotes (Santa Rosa, CA), saw St. Helena's volleyball squad nip Sonoma Academy by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, St. Helena upgrades its record to 5-12 on the year. The Saints travel to Ukiah (Ukiah, CA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 24. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 13-7. Ukiah won 3-0 in their recent league bout against St. Vincent de Paul (Petaluma, CA)

The Coyotes now own a 13-7 record. They play next when they travel to Tomales for a North Central II bout on Tuesday, September 27. Sonoma Academy will play a Braves squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Upper Lake (Upper Lake, CA). The Braves record now stands at 2-2.
