The La Joya Community Fighting Lobos felled the host Copper Canyon Aztecs flag football team by a score of 27-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Fighting Lobos face the Central Bobcats (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 26. La Joya Community will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Alhambra (Phoenix, AZ).
The Aztecs (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ). The Firebirds go into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Chaparral lost by Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ), 42-20, in a non-league challenge.
