The Cardinals (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against East Grand Forks (East Grand Forks, MN). The Green Wave go into the Class A Section 8 outing with a 5-2 record. In their last outing, East Grand Forks got by Hillcrest Lutheran Academy (Fergus Falls, MN), 1-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Storm play the Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets (Cambridge, MN) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 28. Sauk Rapids-Rice will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Bluejackets go into the outing with a 1-8 record after their 9-0 league loss to Duluth East (Duluth, MN).
