The King Philip Regional Warriors soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Cranston West Falcons to 1 in the Warriors non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Warriors now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host North Attleborough for a Hockomock bout on Thursday, September 26. King Philip Regional will play a Rocketeers squad coming off a 4-1 league loss to Mansfield (Mansfield, MA). The Rocketeers record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Cranston West moves to 5-3 on the year. The Falcons host Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI) to play the Chargers in a Division 1 bout on Tuesday, October 1. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Chariho won 8-1 in their recent league bout against South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI)
