The Palisades Pirates soccer squad scored 4 points and held the host Bangor Slaters to 2 in the Pirates league victory on Tuesday.

The Pirates now hold a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Northern Lehigh for a Colonial bout on Thursday, September 26. Palisades will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to Notre Dame-Green Pond (Easton, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, Bangor moves to 6-7 on the year. The Slaters travel to Moravian Academy (Bethlehem, PA) to play the Lions in a Colonial bout on Thursday, September 26. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 8-4. Moravian Academy lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Northwestern Lehigh (New Tripoli, PA)
