Elizabethtown Panthers (Elizabethtown, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Thomas Nelson Generals (Bardstown, KY), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Elizabethtown advances its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Panthers host North Hardin (Radcliff, KY) to clash with the Trojans in a District 17 test on Tuesday, October 1. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 7-12.

The Generals now have a 4-9 record. They take the field next when they host Mercer County for a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. Thomas Nelson will clash with a Titans team coming off a 5-5 non-league Garrard County (Lancaster, KY). The Titans record now stands at 1-9.
