Harlem Huskies (Machesney Park, IL) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Jefferson J-Hawks (Rockford, IL), 3-2 in a league test.

With the triumph, Harlem moves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to DeKalb (DeKalb, IL) to clash with the Barbs in a non-league test on Thursday, September 26. The Barbs come into the test with a record of 2-9. DeKalb lost 8-2 in their recent league test against Naperville Central (Naperville, IL)

The J-Hawks now sport a 2-11 record. They take the field next when they host Guilford for a Northern Illinois NIC-10 test on Tuesday, October 1.
