The Axe (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against South Medford (Medford, OR). The Panthers enter the 6A Southwest battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, South Medford tipped North Medford (Medford, OR), 4-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Lions battle the Roosevelt Roughriders (Portland, OR) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 26. West Linn will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Roughriders enter the battle with a 4-2 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Sherwood (Sherwood, OR).
