Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Farmington River Hawks (Farmington, CT) and the host Enfield Eagles (Enfield, CT), observed Farmington's volleyball team top Enfield by a count of 3-0.

The River Hawks (9-0) will now prepare for their contest against Simsbury (Simsbury, CT). The Trojans enter the Central Connecticut - West contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Simsbury notched a victory over Lewis Mills (Burlington, CT), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Eagles battle the Lewis Mills Spartans (Burlington, CT) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 26. Enfield will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Spartans enter the contest with a 4-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Simsbury (Simsbury, CT).
