Georgia High School Volleyball - Upson-Lee over First Presbyterian Day

The Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA) volleyball knocked off the visiting First Presbyterian Day Vikings (Macon, GA), 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Knights now possess a 16-14 record. They play next when they travel to Baldwin for a 3A Area 1 bout on Thursday, September 26. Upson-Lee will clash with a Braves team coming off a 2-0 league loss to West Laurens (Dexter, GA). The Braves record now stands at 6-4.

With the loss, First Presbyterian Day drops to 11-9 on the campaign. The Vikings host Mount de Sales Academy (Macon, GA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a GIAA 6AAA bout on Thursday, September 26. The Cavaliers come into the bout with a record of 6-11. Mount de Sales Academy lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Stratford Academy (Macon, GA)
