The Lake Belton Broncos volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Lorena Leopards to 2 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Broncos now possess a 23-9 record. They play next when they host Belton for a 5A Region II District 16 outing on Friday, September 27. Lake Belton will play a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to West (West, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 14-14.

With the loss, Lorena drops to 17-12 on the campaign. The Leopards travel to La Vega (Waco, TX) to play the Pirates in a 4A Region III District 23 outing on Friday, September 27. The Pirates come into the outing with a record of 3-13.
