The Mount Vernon Mustangs (Atlanta, GA) volleyball knocked off the visiting St. Francis Knights (Alpharetta, GA), 2-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 20-20 record. They play next when they host Wesleyan for a 1A Area 5 bout on Tuesday, September 24. Mount Vernon will clash with a Wolves team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Hebron Christian (Dacula, GA). The Wolves record now stands at 26-10.
