The Niobrara/Verdigre Cougars volleyball squad (Niobrara, NE), dropped 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host West Holt Huskies (Atkinson, NE)

With the win, West Holt improves its record to 12-4 on the season. The Huskies travel to Boyd County (Spencer, NE) to encounter the Spartans in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 26. The Spartans go into the battle with a record of 4-8. Boyd County lost 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against St. Mary's (O'Neill, NE)
