In Tuesday's non-league match, the Pike Central Chargers (Petersburg, IN) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Vincennes Rivet Patriots (Vincennes, IN), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Chargers battle the South Spencer Rebels (Rockport, IN) in a Pocket match, on Thursday, September 26. Pike Central will attempt to move on its 5-15 season record. The Rebels enter the match with a 7-11 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Wood Memorial (Oakland City, IN).

The Patriots (7-9) will now prepare for their match against Hutsonville/Palestine (Palestine, IL). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 6-11 record. In their last match, Hutsonville/Palestine notched a victory over Martinsville (Martinsville, IL), 2-1, in a non-league match.
