In Wednesday's non-league match, the host DeKalb Barbs flag football squad scored a decisive 39-0 triumph over the Harvard Hornets.
The Barbs (6-4) will now prepare for their match against Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL). The Chargers come into the non-league match with a 7-7 record. In their last match, Dundee-Crown routed Hampshire (Hampshire, IL), 14-6, in a league match.
Coming up next, the Hornets confront the Wauconda Bulldogs (Wauconda, IL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 26. Harvard will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 5-7 record after their 34-6 league loss to Antioch (Antioch, IL).
