California High School Flag Football - Ramona Convent nips Sacred Heart of Jesus

The crowd at Wednesday's league contest between the Ramona Convent Tigers (Alhambra, CA) and the host Sacred Heart of Jesus Comets (Los Angeles, CA), witnessed Ramona Convent's flag football squad edge Sacred Heart of Jesus by a tally of 18-12.

The Tigers (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA). The Lancers enter the Santa Fe contest with a 14-5 record. In their last contest, Bishop Amat was nudged by Notre Dame (SO) (Sherman Oaks, CA), 22-6, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Comets battle the Bishop Amat Lancers (La Puente, CA) in a Santa Fe contest, on Monday, October 6. Sacred Heart of Jesus will attempt to advance on its 1-12 season record.
