The Taravella Trojans (Coral Springs, FL) volleyball knocked off the host Everglades Gators (Miramar, FL), 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league contest.
The Trojans (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Piper (Sunrise, FL). The Bengals enter the contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Piper was knocked off by South Broward (Hollywood, FL), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Gators battle the Monsignor Pace Spartans (Miami, FL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 25. Everglades will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Spartans enter the contest with a 1-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Don Soffer Aventura (Aventura, FL).
