Next, the Beavers face the Hickory Hornets (Hermitage, PA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 27. DuBois will attempt to advance on its 9-2 season record. The Hornets enter the game with a 8-2 record after their 8-0 non-league win over West Middlesex (West Middlesex, PA).

The Gremlins (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Sharpsville (Sharpsville, PA). The Blue Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Sharpsville was overwhelmed by Neshannock (New Castle, PA), 6-2, in a non-league challenge.
