The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Centennial Knights (Roswell, GA) and the visiting South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA), observed Centennial's softball team get by South Gwinnett by a tally of 7-0.

The Knights (6-17) will now prepare for their bout against Kell (Marietta, GA). The Longhorns go into the 4A Region 6 bout with a 18-2 record. In their last contest, Kell nudged Westminster (Atlanta, GA), 5-3, in a league contest.

The Comets now hold a 3-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newton for a 6A Region 4 bout on Monday, September 29.
