Louisiana High School Volleyball - Archbishop Chapelle tips Newman

September 24, 2025: New Orleans, LA 70115

Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Archbishop Chapelle Chipmunks (Metairie, LA) and the host Newman Greenies (New Orleans, LA), observed Archbishop Chapelle's volleyball team hold off Newman by a tally of 3-2.

The Chipmunks (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against Hahnville (Boutte, LA). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, Hahnville tipped Lakeshore (Mandeville, LA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Greenies now own a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host E.D. White for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 30. Newman will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Pope John Paul II (Slidell, LA). The Cardinals record now stands at 14-1.
