The Jefferson Jaguars volleyball squad (Bloomington, MN), was defeated 3-1 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Benilde-St. Margaret's Red Knights (St. Louis Park, MN)

The Red Knights (13-3) will now prepare for their challenge against New Prague (New Prague, MN). The Trojans go into the Metro West test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, New Prague was defeated by Chanhassen (Chanhassen, MN), 3-1, in a league test.

The Jaguars now own a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Louis Park for a Metro West test on Tuesday, September 30. Jefferson will face a Orioles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Jordan (Jordan, MN). The Orioles record now stands at 4-6.
