In Saturday's league game, the Proctor Academy Hornets (Andover, NH) football team were victorious over the visiting Portsmouth Abbey Ravens (Portsmouth, RI), by a score of 33-7.
The Hornets (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Canterbury School (New Milford, CT). The Saints come into the Evergreen - Tier C game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Canterbury School knocked off King (Stamford, CT), 36-0, in a non-league game.
The Ravens now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Tilton School for a non-league game on Friday, October 1. Portsmouth Abbey will battle a Rams team coming off a 22-14 league win over Wilbraham & Monson Academy (Wilbraham, MA). The Rams record now stands at 1-0.
