The McCutcheon Mavericks soccer team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Lafayette Central Catholic Knights to 0 in the Mavericks non-league victory on Monday.
Next, the Mavericks face the Tri-West Hendricks Bruins (Lizton, IN) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 27. McCutcheon will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Bruins enter the contest with a 7-6 record after their 7-0 league win over Crawfordsville (Crawfordsville, IN).
The Knights now have a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they host Rensselaer Central for a Hoosier contest on Saturday, September 30. Lafayette Central Catholic will face a Bombers team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Morgan Township (Valparaiso, IN). The Bombers record now stands at 8-2.
