The Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars (Albuquerque, NM) football edged the host Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM), 34-32 in Monday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Jaguars face the Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, October 3. Atrisco Heritage Academy will attempt to move on its 5-0 season record. The Rams enter the bout with a 2-3 record after their 24-20 non-league loss to Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM).
The Cougars (1-4) will now prepare for their bout against Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM). The Hawks enter the non-league bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, Volcano Vista nudged Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM), 57-33, in a league bout.
