In Monday's non-league contest, the Herculaneum Black Cats (Herculaneum, MO) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Bayless Bronchos (St. Louis, MO), by a margin of 15-10.

With the triumph, Herculaneum moves its record to 4-13 on the year. The Black Cats travel to St. Pius X (Festus, MO) to play the Lancers in a Class 2 District 4 contest on Tuesday, September 26. The Lancers come into the contest with a record of 5-8. St. Pius X lost 10-9 in their recent non-league contest against DeSoto (DeSoto, MO)

In their next game, the Bronchos play the St. Charles West Warriors (St. Charles, MO) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 27. Bayless will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record.
